PRAYERS FOR OUR SELVES; OUR FAMILIES, THE CHURCH, & THE NATION

[The prayers are based principally on Psalm 46. Use the same prayer points to cover every aspect of your interests, concerns or burdens; including things not explicitly mentioned below]

Psalm 46.1: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

• Lord Almighty, like the cities of refuge where men fled under the law to avoid being slain, we flee to You, Lord Jesus Christ. Be our refuge, forgive us, and restore us like the prodigal son. Cover us; shield me, my family, the Church and our nation Nigeria from the consequences of our sins, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen
• Lord, You are our safe, secret place, our strong tower, our refuge – secure and safe. Amidst the raging storms of COVID-19, terrorists, herdsmen, Jihadists, global manipulating powers; please keep me, my family, the Church and our nation, Nigeria peaceful and safe, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen
• Jehovah, You are not just a passive, static, refuge. You are omnipotent, You are Lord of Hosts. You can not only defend; You are also able to fight, address and resolve challenges. You are our very present help. Please, in mercy, help me, my family, the Church and our nation Nigeria; help Leah Sharibu and other abducted Christians; help the IDPs; help CAN, CSMN, AFD and every organization that is pursuing or holds potential for advancing Your kingdom, Your will and Your glory in the Church and our nation Nigeria, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen
• Lord, or our own we can do nothing. Like Jacob, we are like worms relative to our adversaries. But, halleluiah!!! You are our physical, spiritual, intellectual, financial, and political strength. As You did for Moses and Israel at the Red Sea, shock our adversaries with this reality, this truth. Even in the areas that I, my family, Your Church and Nigeria have fumbled hitherto, enable us now get it right and glorious through Christ Who strengthens us. Isa_41:14 says “Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel”. Lord, this is Your promise to us, “the Israel of God”. We believe You and thank You in faith.
• Lord, please also help all already afflicted with COVID-19 and greatly help the persons that are treating and combating the disease; help believers, scientists and governments that are genuinely looking for solutions
• O Lord, please help every government and government official in Nigeria, USA and around the world, seeking Your will and Your glory. Give them the mighty help of Your right hand.

Psa 46:2,10  “Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea... Be still, and know that I am God...”

• Lord, there is so much turmoil, so much domestic and global storm: medical, physical, economic, religious and more. Please, by Your Spirit, flood my heart, my family, Your Church, Leah Sharibu and other abducted Christians, and Your watchmen in the land with rock solid faith. All fear and doubt, stay far from us, we shall be still and see the salvation of our God as Moses and Israel saw at the Red Sea, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Psa 46:3-4  “Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High.”

• Lord, we are Your city, Your dwelling place, temples and tabernacles. Immerse us in Your boundless river. Do not let us stop at ankle, knee, or waist but help us get immersed. By Your river, revive me, my family, Your Church and Nigeria, physically, spiritually, medically, politically and economically. Please make us glad once again. Lord, Your word says in Ezek 47.9-11 “...There shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall go there: for they shall be healed; and everything shall live wherever the river goes....their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many. But the miry places thereof and the marshes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt.” Please Lord, heal our land; make me, my family, Your Church and Nigeria glad. Bring the unbelievers to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ; and make a clear difference between Your own and others; that the unbelievers in Nigeria and beyond will cry “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and He will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths” (Micah 4.2)

Psa 46:5  “God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.”

• Lord, please satisfy us early with Your mercies. We trust You and thank You by faith that Your help may not be according to human reasoning and calculation, but your help to me, my family, Your Church, Leah Sharibu and other abducted Christians, and Your watchmen in the land shall NEVER be late; it will be early and timely. Thank You for this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ

Psa 46:6  “The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: He uttered His voice, the earth melted.”

• Lord, please, raise Your voice for me, my family, Your Church, Leah Sharibu and other abducted Christians, and Nigeria. Let everything that does not glorify You melt – even contending forces and evil altars in and outside Nigeria. Rev_19:15  says “And out of his mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron” Let the sword proceed out of Your mouth, Lord and smite those that contend with the eternal gospel and the kingdom of Jesus Christ.

Psa 46:7  “The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.”

• Lord, orphans tend to be oppressed in this world. So, You promised us in John 14:18 “I will not leave you as orphans: I will come to you”. Please, as you did to Pharaoh and His armies, to Balak, to Nebuchadnezzar; make unmistakably clear to friends and foes, in Nigeria and outside, that You are with us, as Lord of Hosts

 Psa 46:8-9  “Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth. He makes wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaks the bow, and cuts the spear in sunder; he burns the chariot in the fire.”

• Lord of Hosts, arise and let Your enemies be scattered in and outside Nigeria. Let there be mighty desolations in the camp of God’s enemies; let their bows be broken; their spears cut; their chariots – physical and spiritual – be burnt up. Lord, please make wars against me, my family, against Leah Sharibu and other abducted Christians, against the IDPs some of whom have been bombed even in the IDP camp to cease

Psa 46:10 “...I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”

• Lord, our great Father and Almighty God, in Your own special way, exalt Your name anew in my life, my family, Your Church and Nigeria; exalt in a manner that the whole world shall see and praise You, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen

WORSHIP & REPENTANCE

“Oh come, let us worship and bow down;Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand.” Ps 95:6-7 NKJV. Father, we come, bowing our hearts and all, beholding You as our God, our Refuge, our Helper. By the gracious work of Jesus Christ our Lord, we are Your sheep and You are our Shepherd. Cast us not away and speedily hear our cry, our God and Redeemer.

"Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.”  Isa 45:22 NKJV. Father, we come confessing our helplessness before You. We have sinned and departed from Your ways. Our hope and fate lie only in Your promises.We look unto You on behalf of the Church and Nigeria; Arise therefore, Lord, and be our Salvation.

THANKSGIVING

1.    That in spite of the articulate plans, networking and threats of the enemy, our God has remained our banner. We have not been consumed.

2.    That more and more of the Almajirai are being settled and plans are afoot to give them Western education alongside Quoranic education which is paving way for the demise of that system forever.

3.    That one of their own is demanding that all nomadic herdsmen in Nigeria should come and settle in RUGA in Kano State, with a request that all foreign herdsmen should be banned from entering the country as a way of ending the herders-farmers clashes. This will go a long way in stopping Christian persecution. This call has been heralded by the House of Reps through a motion.

4.    That Nigerian voices are unifying in condemning evil in the matter of rape and abuse of women.

5.    Continue to thank God that the satanic prophecies of doom and death on Nigerian and African streets lost its power and has not manifested.

6.    That the Infectious Diseases Bill, a tool of the One World agenda has suffered a major setback.

 "Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." Matt 18:18NKJV. Father, we continue to stand to checkmate and destroy every enchantment, sorcery, divination, action, tokens or pronouncements made over Nigeria in all forms, wherever they are made and for whatever purposes, at any time by day or night. Their sponsors and implementers refuse to glorify You. Also they run contrary to Your plan, agenda and purpose for the good of Nigeria and its prophetic destiny. Therefore we decree that the horses and riders be consumed in their evil enterprises. By the agreement of every interceding voice, we establish this, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

PRAYERS FOR THE CHURCH

1.    “Therefore hear the word of the Lord, you scornful men, who rule this people who are in Jerusalem, Because you have said, ‘We have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol we are in agreement. When the overflowing scourge passes through, It will not come to us,For we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood we have hidden ourselves’" Isa 28:14-15NKJV. We set our faces against everyone involved in compromise, selling Christians and Christianity in the nation for greed and gain in the false confidence and assumption that the evil they are consenting to will not touch them. By the power of the Spirit of God, every betrayer of the Cross and their agreements be located and brought to judgment.

2.    “Therefore thus says the Lord God: ’Behold, I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation, a tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation; Whoever believes will not act hastily. Also I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the plummet’” Isa 28:16-17. We demand that God’s foundation be reestablished in the Church as the name of Jesus passes through the entire Church for a cleansing. The tables of money changers be overturned for the birthing of a new dawn. Let righteousness and justice become the new standards of the Kingdom in Jesus’ name.

3.    “The hail will sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters will overflow the hiding place. Your covenant with death will be annulled, and your agreement with Sheol will not stand; when the overflowing scourge passes through, then you will be trampled down by it. As often as it goes out it will take you;…” Isa 28:18-19NKJV. Let every refuge of lies and evil agreement causing havoc in the Church be destroyed; let the hand of the Lord also bring every compromiser to book; and let every satanic agreement with death be annulled.

4.    “For the bed is too short to stretch out on, and the covering so narrow that one cannot wrap himself in it. For the Lord will rise up as at Mount Perazim, He will be angry as in the Valley of Gibeon —  that He may do His work, His awesome work, and bring to pass His act, His unusual act.” Isa 28:20-21NKJV. Let the visitation of the Lord be so awesome that men will henceforth be constrained and afraid to do evil. O God, please do Your “awesome work” and Your “unusual act”

5.   “Does the plowman keep plowing all day to sow? Does he keep turning his soil and breaking the clods? When he has leveled its surface, does he not sow the black cumin and scatter the cummin, plant the wheat in rows, the barley in the appointed place, and the spelt in its place? For He instructs him in right judgment, His God teaches him.” Isa 28:24-26NKJV. Let the counsel and precepts of the Lord take over the Church, birthing a new order appointed by the Lord. Let the Church thereafter be instructed in right judgment to fulfill God’s purpose and counsel.

6.    “if My people Who are called by My name will [a] humble themselves [b] and pray and [c] seek My face, [d] and turn from their wicked ways, THEN I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land” 2 Chron 7.14. O Lord our God, as a father pities his children, pity us and help us to do all the four things You require from Your children to heal our land, not only to pray and pray.

PRAYERS FOR THE NATION

1.    “Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise. But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now. Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? "Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman." Gal 4:28-30 NKJV. Heavenly Father, You didn’t bring Isaac forth to be oppressed by Ishmael. Your counsel was never for the son of the bondwoman to oppress the son of promise. Because the Scriptures cannot be broken, Lord, in mercy, reverse our oppression and cause our oppressors to be ensnared in their devices; let them learn to fear You and glorify Your name.

2.    “Bow down Your heavens, O Lord, and come down; Touch the mountains, and they shall smoke. Flash forth lightning and scatter them; shoot out Your arrows and destroy them. Stretch out Your hand from above; rescue me and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of foreigners, whose mouth speaks lying words, and whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.” Ps 144:5-8NKJV. Lord, You know the foreigners whose stock in trade is lying and falsehood, who oppress us and threaten to take our God-given endowments without recourse to You, against Your justice and eternal boundaries for nations and peoples. Deliver Nigeria from their hands, Lord. Give to them the recompense that is meet for their evil adventures. Bring as many as are appointed to salvation to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

3.    “That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as pillars, sculptured in palace style; that our barns may be full, Supplying all kinds of produce; That our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields; That our oxen may be well laden;That there be no breaking in or going out; that there be no outcry in our streets.” Ps 144:12-14NKJV. Lord, please have mercy, fight our cause, let peace and prosperity be ushered in. Let our children and youth that are almost lost adorn Your gates. Please restore the IDPs to their lands, Lord

OTHER PRAYERS

1.    That the call for the recall of nomadic herdsmen supported by the House of Reps should find greater amplification and adoption across the length and breadth of Nigeria.

2.    That every plan by Islamists, New Age Movement and the likes, to make Nigeria a strategic gate for perpetrating their evil agenda, crumble and dissipate in the Name of Jesus Christ.

3.    That God would cause the eyes of the world to focus on Kajuru killings and amplify every accurate expose and alert on persecution of Christian in Nigeria. May evil consume the evil doers in Jesus Name.

4.    “…for with a strong hand, he will let them go…” - Exodus 6.1 O Lord, the same yesterday, today and forever, let our cries come unto Thee; and with a strong hand, cause Leah Sharibu and all other captives and IDPs to be released and returned; cause Your Church to be delivered and at rest

5.    “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy” – Matt 5.7. Lord, be merciful unto all medics treating COVID-19 cases. Please keep them from infection and death.

THANKSGIVING:

Psalm103 “Bless the Lord oh my soul. Do not forget His benefits. He has not dealt with us according to multitude of our transgressions” 

Lam 3:22 “It is of the Lords mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassion fail not.  They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness” 

1. Father we thank You that despite our failings, shameful compromises, gross irresponsibility and rebellion, You have neither withdrawn your mercies nor handed us over to the expectations  of our enemies.

2. We thank you for undeniably making a large difference in sparing Your people in the COVID 19  outbreak in the country and around the world. 

3. Thank you for preserving lives of our Elder, Uncle Bayo Famonure, his wife and children. You foiled the plot to cause a serious shaking and  mourning in the Body of  Christ this season while others lost some of their own men of caliber. Indeed, You make a difference!  We're encouraged. We do not gloat at their misfortunes; but we celebrate You, our King. and glory in Your power to deliver.  

4. Thank you for the dividing walls of denominations that are beginning to  crumble by the common persecution, attacks your Church has suffered in Nigeria; and for the lockdown that has largely left us to personally turn to You more. 

5. We  will not fail to thank you for  lives  preserved even though still held by human captors - Leah Sharibu,  Your young faithful witness and others .We thank You in advance  and by faith for their  release and because You are turning around these captivities  for Your glory.  

REPENTANCE: 

1. Matt 28: 18 -20 Lord, please forgive us for neglecting the Great Commission to pursue our own interests. Yesterday’s harvest neglected as homeless street boys and beggars have now grown to be a thorn in our flesh as Boko Haram, kidnappers and herdsmen.  Have mercy, Father. Arrest the situation; change the tide in our favour. Give us another opportunity and stir us to do right from now on. 

2. We repent of willful disobedience in handling power to avowed enemies despite clear warnings. We are all suffering heavily now. We cry for mercy, oh Lord.

PRAYERS FOR THE CHURCH 

• Matt 18:18 - Whatever you bind on earth is bound in Heaven. We exercise our spiritual authority and BIND all mind-influencing and mind-controlling powers used against the people of God in Nigeria,   especially on those in governance and on the innocent. 
• I John 3.8 “For this purpose the son of God was manifested to destroy the work of the enemy” Every influence and grip of the devil be broken and shattered, we insist in the name of Jesus Christ.
• See Acts 2-3, Acts 17.6: Our Lord, after the PENTECOST, Your church was (a) attractive to “every nation under heaven” with over 3,000 coming to listen to one message without adverts  and 3.000 saved in one day (b) had capacities to communicate, touch lives and impact society beyond human abilities (c) unstoppable despite all threats and persecutions (d) could not be deceived, whether by lies or money as in the case of Ananias and Saphira, by praise as in the case of the little damsel and Paul etc (e) was squarely focused on the Great Commission, refusing to “serve tables” (f) devoid of selfishness as they “had all things in common” (Acts 2.44) etc. Our Lord, you said the glory of the latter shall exceed the former. Please, Lord, pour out fresh fire, revive Thy works, and make Your Church even shine brighter, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
• 2 Sam 11.1 “…at the time when kings go forth to battle…”: It was about this time of year You silenced Pharaoh, Haman, Herod,…even Satan at Calvary. Great King of all kings worldwide, please arise and go to battle for your embattled children in Nigeria. We need Your deliverance now, Lord. Help!!!

PRAYERS FOR NIGERIA 

• Isa 25:7 “And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations” We invoke the Power in the Blood of Jesus on our lives and the entire atmosphere of Nigeria to counter every defilement, desecration and pollution consistently unleashed over the nation and  against the people especially Christians in government. We plead that blood of the everlasting covenant which  speaks better things than that of Abel (continue to plead the blood until there's release  in your spirit).
• Obad 1:17 “But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions” We stand upon the Mountain of Your divine Presence and Intercession, we command every spell and face covering cast over Nigerians particularly Christians *be destroyed* in the name of JESUS.  We wage war by the Blood of the Lamb in the name of JESUS. Let the Blood of Jesus sweep through the land for purging.
• 1Ki 13:2 “And he cried against the altar in the word of the LORD, and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the LORD;….The altar also was rent, and the ashes poured out from the altar, according to the sign which the man of God had given by the word of the LORD.” We raise a cry against every altar of killings, kidnappings, occultism and rebellion against Christ in Nigeria.  ALL you altars that thrive by shedding of blood, be pulled down. We command: SCATTER, and be destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ. Let the priests of such altars be disrobed and disgraced !!! 
• Pray specifically and fervently for God's protection on our Vice President, Yemi Osinbanjo. Let no evil befall Him. Also, Lord in mercy, grant a transforming encounter that will fill him with uncommon power, strength and boldness to stand for You. Please use him raise a 24/7 Altar in the State House.
• Our Lord, AFTER THE PENTECOST, as in Acts 3.1-9, the first miracle narrated is the transformation of a man (a) stationed in Your temple but not impacted by Your power (b) at a gate called “Beautiful” but in a very unpalatable situation (c) lame from his mother’s womb (c) “was carried” daily. Nigeria has been lame from 1914, even since 1960 from our “Mother’s womb”. Today, it is carried yearly by foreign loans and donors. Lord, please enable Your children in Nigeria to get Nigeria “walking, leaping, jumping and praising the Lord” and to enter “with them (i.e. Your disciples) into the temple” to worship You in Spirit and truth, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen. In our personal lives also, any area of stagnation and paralysis, please cause us to receive strength and advance.
• Gen 12: “I will bless them that bless thee and curse them that curse thee” Almighty God, please strengthen and establish leaders of ALL nations who have the interest of Christians in Nigeria; disgrace and dislodge others
• Proclaim the Lordship of Jesus Christ over all of Nigeria! Proclaim God’s word over Your life too.

MATTERS ARISING

• We plead the blood of Jesus Christ over every inch of Nigeria. As the Church, we decree in the name of Jesus Christ that every evil  intention for the massive deployment of persons from the North to the South of Nigeria, be overturned and all expectations totally frustrated; their tongues of evil be irreversibly divided; their resources for evil fail them and be dried up.
• Merciful God, let every abducted Christian be freed by the finger of God, without any ransom paid
• Any other prayers as your are led, including expansions and extensions of these prayer points.

PRAYER POINTS FOR CSMN 24 X 7 PRAYER CHAIN FOR THE BODY OF CHRIST & NIGERIA: May 18 – May 25, 2020

 GENERAL APPRECIATION:  

“Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Zion; and unto thee shall the vow be performed.2O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come” - Ps 65:1-2 KJV

Praise the Lord for ourselves, family and all that concern us: work, business, ministry, as the case is for everyone. Praise God also for the Church, encouragement, strength and the nation, for the way He has continued to hold it together, checkmating evil in a greater way. Thank God that increasingly, He is giving Nigerians a voice that government has started to listen to and answer.

SPECIFIC THANKSGIVING:

• For God’s faithfulness with respect to answered prayers. Since the 24/7 prayers began, rates of attacks and persecutions have reduced significantly.
• The dismantling of the Almajiri system that is gaining acceleration recently. Products of the system have been the pool from which the greatest number of suicide bombers, insurgents and bandits have been drawn.
• For God’s hands on the cabals troubling Nigeria and for greater manifestation of His power that we shall see.
• “By terrible things thou wilt answer us in righteousness, Oh God of our salvation, Thou that art the confidence of all the ends of the earth” - Ps 65:5 KJV Say very BIG, BIG THANKS to God for the way He has been answering our prayers in Nigeria and how He continues to hear us and answer mightily.

REPENTANCE: “Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou wilt forgive them”- Ps 65:3 KJV

Please repent of all known and unknown sins of ourselves, the Church and the nation. On the national scene, let us continue to apply the Blood of Jesus Christ as atonement for innocent bloodletting, kidnappings, etc.

PRAYERS: 1. TAKING CHARGE

“That in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth,11and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” - Phil 2:10-11ASV

“and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly (places), in Christ Jesus” Eph 2:6 ASV

A lot of enchantments and divinations have been deployed over the years and are still being deployed to bring Nigeria to where it is today. Take authority, cancelling all sorceries, enchantments and projections over the Church, the people and destiny of Nigeria and to bring all such efforts to an open disgrace in the nation (Please do so on a daily basis; a lot of enchantments are done by the eveil ones round the clock and we must be determined to stand against it everyday to counter their effects).

I decree that the Blood of Jesus and the victory of the Passover prayers will continue to speak for the Church and nation in Jesus’ wonderful name. Amen (Heb 12:24)

2. PRAYERS FOR THE CHURCH / THE BODY OF CHRIST

i. “We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet; neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.” Ps 74:9 ASV. O Lord, please encourage the hearts of Your children who are becoming weary; please revive the Church and be manifest among Your true people again in signs and wonders.

ii. “And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And having turned I saw seven golden candlesticks;and in the midst of the candlesticks one like unto a son of man” - Rev 1:12-13ASV. Lord as You pass in the midst of Your people, let Your purging and cleansing hand go out in mercy to judge unrighteousness in the Church that we might be restored and an end comes to our persecution and oppression

iii. Let our cry for repentance  become acceptable in heaven O Lord our God; help us still to be pleasing to You.

iv. “Your watchmen shall lift up their voices, with their voices they shall sing together; For they shall see eye to eye when the Lord brings back Zion.” - Isa 52:8 NKJV. The agreement of watchmen in the Spirit and as they come together is a necessary condition for God to bring restoration. Almighty God, please set in motion this agreement among intercessors and prepare the people of God for takeover in every area as You intervenes in the  affairs of our nation.

v. Please Lord, let IDP Camps in Nigeria get the attention they deserve. Arrest the inequality and high-handedness of the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs which should have made the IDPs their first major assignment, rather than share money to unknown persons. O Lord, let Your voice rise, turning IDP Camps to Missionary Centres.

3. PRAYERS FOR THE NATION

i. “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ” - 2 Cor. 10:4-5 NKJV.  Everything that exalts itself above the knowledge of God in Nigeria, be brought down; every stronghold that sustains opposition to Jesus Christ be pulled down.

ii. “It is an abomination for kings to commit wickedness, for a throne is established by righteousness” -  Prov 16:12 NKJV. Standing on this Scripture, let the judgment of God come on all who have used their offices to perpetrate wickedness, in the States, the military, the MDAs, the legislature, judiciary and the Fed Executive.

iii. “Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, who write misfortune, which they have prescribed to rob the needy of justice, and to take what is right from the poor of My people” -Isa 10:1-2 NKJV 

Declare that all unrighteous acts, decrees and projects of this administration shall not stand. All displaced people shall be returned to their rightful, God-given lands. Also, all satanic moves to enforce evil vaccination shall fail; as well as all connivance to move Almajiris, or any other occupation forces to any States to displace indigenes and occupy land.

iv. “He hath swallowed down riches, and he shall vomit them up again; God will cast them out of his belly” - Job 20:15 ASV. There is a spirited attempt to pull out all possible available monies wherever they are without tying them to any visible project. Every act of desperation trying to draw down all the available monies of the Federal government, fail completely and every money so stashed away shall by the power of God be duly recovered and returned to Nigerian government coffers in due course in Jesus name.

v. “Then the Lord showed me four craftsmen. 21And I said, "What are these coming to do?" So He said, "These are the horns that scattered Judah, so that no one could lift up his head; but the craftsmen*are coming to terrify them, to cast out the horns of the nations that lifted up their horn against the land of Judah to scatter it." - Zech 1:18-21 NKJV. Every power base that is against the Lord in Nigeria, let the carpenters of God break their horns. Traditional power base, religious power base, military power base, financial power base……

vi. “The Lord protects defenseless people.When I was weak, he saved me” - Ps 116:6 GOD'S WORD. O Lord, please raise and strengthen a voice for the oppressed nationalities within the North and Middle Belt.

• MATTERS  ARISING: COVID-19

i. Let the web of evil conspiracies over the nation and the world be scattered and the culprits of this staged pandemic brought to book. Let the criminal conspiracies of vaccinations and digital identification be unmasked and dealt with.

ii. As has been prophesied, let the end come upon this virus in Nigeria and across the world

Let Your right hand do valiantly for You; let deliverance, freedom, and rejoicing come to the tabernacle of Leah and any other believers in captivity
• “…Blessed be…Israel My inheritance” – Isaiah 19.25 Blessed be Your great name O Lord for the 72nd anniversary of re-establishment of Israel, also on May 14, 2020. Please Lord touch the hearts of Israelis and open their eyes to recognize their Messiah, Jesus Christ. And let Israel and Israelis be lifted 1000x more

  • V4: Almighty and loving God, please let Your river make Your children glad in Nigeria
  • V5: Lord, by Your mercy, Your Church shall not be moved; no Christian community shall be displaced anymore; Lord You shall help Your Church right early…and help Nigeria Your beloved country

• Rev 5.11-12: “Worthy is the Lamb Who was slain, to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honour and glory and blessing” All power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessing in Nigeria and beyond now belong to Jesus Christ our Lord by creation + redemption. All contrary possessors and contenders, lose grip NOW
• Almighty God, strengthen and equip me, my family and all of Your Church to effectively control and command power, riches, wisdom, strength as Your faithful stewards, like Joseph, Daniel and others of old
• All corruption, occult powers, witchcraft, sorcery and other devices by which agents of darkness have held on to power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessing, melt completely in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
• By the matchless sacrifice of the blood of Jesus Christ, let every voice of Islamic and occult enchantments, divinations, invocations be completely silenced In the name of Jesus Christ, deployment of satanic power to seek appointment to the office of Chief of Staff to the President or any other office in the land, to strengthen any evil throne, or for any other satanic ambitions or schemes contrary to God, be frustrated. • Jer 10.11 “The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens” Strange gods, perish from Nigeria. Every altar of Islam in Nigeria, in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere, altars of occults and cults, altars of vain philosophies of the Western World, be broken, the priests be disrobed, their influences on Nigeria be cut off. Every principality and power that oversees and empowers those altars be bound, chained and cast far away from influence upon Nigeria and the Church worldwide, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen
• Job 12.24-25: “He takes away the heart of the chief of the people of the earth, and causes them to wander in a wilderness where there is no way. They grope in darkness where there is no light, and He makes them to stagger like a drunken man”. Lord, thank You as Angels that do the word of God swing into action, especially in this Ramadan season. Let the hearts of Sultans, Emirs, Imams, Mallams, Islamic scholars and all who are at the fore in misleading the people be taken away. Let their confusion and blindness be so obvious that their followers flee for the True Light in Christ. Let it be so for every other doctrine of devils and philosophies of men; let their captives be set free and let them come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ
• Matt 28.19 “Go ye therefore and teach all nations” O Lord, please wake up Your Church to evangelize the Muslims, cultists, occultists and all unbelievers like never before, especially as it is so clear that we are in the last days. Stir Your Church not to ignore the massive numbers of Muslims that have migrated to more Christian-dominated states. Saul was on His way to Damascus to kill disciples but got converted. Let this be their portion, O Lord
• Zech 13.7: “…smite the shepherd and the flock shall be scattered…”. Almighty God, as You smote Saul, a shepherd of the Pharisees and arch-terrorist of the Church, please smite today’s arch-enemies of Your Church and the gospel. All disobedience and rebellion against the Almighty be subject in authority to the will of God
• Psalm 125.3: “…the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous…” Almighty God, please shield any believers in government or business who are being oppressed or targeted by wicked men for elimination.
• 8:9-10. “Associate yourselves…and ye shall be broken…gird yourselves and ye shall be broken in pieces…Take counsel together and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand; for God is with us”In the name of God Almighty, all that are taking counsel and associating within and outside against the Church and against God’s people, be broken in pieces; their counsel come to nought, no word they speak should stand. Almighty God, please do this at all levels, all over the states and FCT.
• In Eze. 11:1-13a, Our God You are the same yesterday, today and forever. We prophesy against the men that devise mischief and give wicked counsel in the city. O Lord God, bring Your sword upon them, bring them out of the midst of the people and deliver them into the hands of strangers and execute judgments on them, cause them to fall by the sword, judge them at the border of Nigeria, and cause them to know that You are the LORD. O Lord, let it be so in our communities, LGAs, States, State House Abuja, all Government Houses, and even corporate boardrooms.
• 21:24-27. The impact of the pandemic on crude oil price, has put our economy in a precarious situation, more than ever before. We cannot afford any longer, that people who cannot manage all aspects of the economy should continue handling it. Almighty God, overturn and overturn all the incompetent hands that have been placed in vital positions on personal, ethnic or political considerations. Lord raise for us Josephs, Daniels and Nehemiahs to rebuild and raise up the economy across this delicate period and beyond, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen

COVID-19

• Mal 4.2 “Unto them that fear Your name, shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing on His wings” O Lord, please by Your Spirit, convict the world mightily in this season of global crises, to truly fear Your name and act in the fear. Then in Your mercy, arise with healing in Your wings over Nigeria and the nations of the earth. Burn of the Corona Virus, O Lord
• Hag 2.7: “…and they shall come to the Desire of Nation…”. Let people troop in unprecedented numbers unto Your Church from COVID-19 and let there be revival
• Hag 2.7 “…and I will fill this house with glory…” Let the ultimate result of COVID-19 be further glory unto Your name in Nigeria and worldwide
• John 1.5 (The MSG) “The Life-Light blazed out of the darkness and the darkness couldn’t put it out”Lord, please equip and stir up Your Church to offer effective prayer and divine solutions to the present global challenges; let the world see unmistakable difference; and that all “religions” do not worship the same true God
• Job 5:12-16: Mighty God, disappoint any devices of the wicked and all who are working crafty political, spiritual or economic schemes including mandatory vaccination, those seeking to hurriedly pass evil laws in Nigeria; turn the wisdom of the wise backwards; save the poor and Your children in Africa from any schemes for testing unproven vaccines; frustrate any plans for implanting digital immunization certification
• Jer 30.17, 23: Mighty God, wherever and on whoeverany wind and storm is fulfilling Your purpose, please work a quick work, let it accomplish Your humbling, judgment, or correction; and take away this plague speedily in Your mercy, for the sake of the poor, the needy and of Your children who are hard-pressed in the lockdown.
• As the lock-down is gradually being lifted, for the various reasons, Lord, please shield Nigeria from any increase in the outbreak of infection. Give wisdom on the basis of Ps. 91: 9-10.   As people that have made the LORD our habitation, Lord in mercy and by Your Spirit snuff out COVID 19 in our nation, so that the evil of COVID 19, does not befall us.

Behold Thou hast made the heaven and the earth by Thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for Thee” O Lord, avenge Leah Sharibu’s adversaries and free her this Passover season as You freed Israel in Egypt, along with any other believers in captivity
